Ariel Roskis

Founder — Lenzo Partners

Ariel Roskis founded Lenzo Partners in 2014 with a simple conviction: the shareholders and management of small cap companies deserve M&A advisory equal to that available to large corporates — experienced, rigorous, and capable of reading a transaction from every angle. M&A advisory combined with day-to-day, personalised support allows clients to make decisions with full clarity.

A graduate of École Polytechnique, Ariel Roskis began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he spent more than ten years across two distinct and complementary roles. He first practised M&A advisory and capital markets transactions within the investment bank, developing deep expertise in transactional processes and negotiation in complex environments.

He then joined Goldman Sachs Principal Strategies, the bank's proprietary investment team, where he served as a portfolio manager — developing a direct and practical understanding of how professional investors assess, structure and make decisions.

He subsequently co-founded Benros Capital Partners, an event-driven hedge fund managing up to $350 million, where he served as Chief Investment Officer. Since 2014, he has been a member of several boards of directors, maintaining an operational and strategic perspective on companies and their governance challenges.
