LENZO Partners was founded in 2014 by Ariel ROSKIS. Graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in 1999, Ariel started his carreer at Goldman Sachs. He spent 5 years in their advisory department assisting a large number of clients on small and large corporate finance transactions ranging from equity capital markets deals to acquisitions and leveraged buy-outs financing.

In 2004, he joined one of Goldman Sachs principal investing groups where he cumulated responsibility for investing in public equity markets for a number of sectors and for managing the group’s capital structure investing portfolio. In 2011, Ariel left Goldman Sachs and became CIO and co-founder Benros Event Driven, a $350m investment fund, with the backing of one of European’s most prominent alternative asset manager.

Combining a unique experience as a financial advisor, an investor and an entrepreneur, Ariel founded LENZO Partners to answer the need of small and medium companies for dedicated expertise and corporate finance advice at the key milestones of their development.
